Alec Defrawy is a monster who should be in jail any way you look at it. Either he should be in jail for "raping" subordinates, peddling fraud and subborning perjury through his bogus Non Disclosure Agreement, or because in so doing the aforementioned he violated his parole and should do the rest of the time. (I realize rape is a strong term, but he manipulated people into positions where they would lose their ability to make informed consent and that is what I consider rape.)

Why isn't he in jail now? How did Alec get the FBI to spring into action in the arrest of Robert Christopher Fizia, yet they refuse to do anything in the investigation of Options Talent/TCT? How much did Alec have to pay Ashcroft to leave him alone?

Kris Lang, former Orange County Office Director was specifically fired because she told Alec Defrawy she couldn't sleep with him anymore, because her fiance didn't like her sleeping with him. Ain't that a hoot? but here's the punchline... a Corporate Trainer at the time in OC was also doing her. Evidently, Alec didn't mind sharing, but getting cut off altogether is what he detested. This story also has a sick twist because this guy named Jivesh who was like this advisor to Kris Lang, set her up to be positionally seduced and systematically raped.

Alec was not the only one involved in this major fraud. Dave Elliott should also be in jail for his involvement and abuse of his wife. Elliott is horribly abusive to women. He calls himself the Dragon and he takes pleasure in bringing people to tears. He takes great joy in screaming at the top of his lungs to make a point. It is like a religious experience for him. The thing that makes my stomach turn is that Elliott has been rehired to bring in bucks by any means necessary.

When Elliott was first hired on, before his wife and kids moved down, he lived with this obviously over 40 has-been, Lisa Swindell. She was overly thin and hated the fact that her daughter got more attention than her. I don't know what Lisa is doing now, but she can never live down the fact that she let that worm crawl inside her... what a sleaze! Dave Elliott never brought his wife around to any of the company functions either. Word was that he was ashamed of her dowdy appearance. Elliott had photos of his children on his desk, but not his wife. He didn't want to spoil his chances with one of the model hopefuls. No wonder he kept his wife at home.

I should also mention that Alec Defrawy got sued by Jennifer Hatter and probably some other women for his sexual harassment. These cases were never properly investigated and Alec "settled" these extortion attempts, as Alec called them, while simultaneously bragging about "getting something" off them.

The only reason Holly is still with Alec is because he paid for stuff and promised to protect her job. She saw these gestures as offers to take care of her. Once about a year ago, when Holly found out Alec cheated on her (with some office director in training) she got the nerve to break up with him, he acted like a 5-year-old baby and made her work outside his office in a cubicle, until she took him back. Alec retaliated to her breaking up with him by firing her assistant, kicking her out of her office and moving her to an open area right near his office so he could watch her all day. Poor girl is incredibly hot looking but has 2 little kids to care for and a wacko, white trash ex-husband and feels she has no other options (pardon the pun). I am sure she realizes that Alec is a child abuser, but does not want to admit it to herself, just like she can't admit to herself Alec is going back to prison.

Holly is not only super HOT, but is also genuinely a sweet girl. Her 2 kids are absolutely adorable, big fat cheeks. Alec could care less, though. Alec couldn't have cared less about the relationship with Holly once he got her under his thumb. Alec made his cousin Hatem drive her to Daytona for the boob job he paid for. Ask Holly about how much Alec cared for her. It broke my heart... he couldn't even drive her for the surgery that he insisted she get, paid for and threw in her face every chance he got. Nice! Conducive work environment, right? I wish I could sue for the sexual harrassment I was subjected to witness.
