I see that Lisa (read: Patri(c)k) is accusing Jodie of being me - thank you for the compliment, because Jodie has a tremendously good head on her shoulders and her writing flows well and is easy to read.

And I actually see it as a natural course that other people have taken to writing Patrik/Patrick's name "Patri(c)k" - it doesn't necessarily mean that they're ME ... It just means that they followed the google links to "Maricopa County Public Records," and saw that Patrik Arnold Simpson and Patrick Arnold Simpson have the same birthdates and addresses, and loads of similar legal skirmishes.

Did I mention those yet? Lots of traffic arrests, false check writing, false reporting to police, court summons' and guilty verdicts. Just another regular ol' day in No-Work International!

Quite a few people are making a lot of noise about your bad side, Patrik, and I haven't heard anything good yet.
Most people that I know if they are sweet, nice, considerate to their housekeeper and everyone else, people aren't complaining much if any about that person.
Again, models should take their $500, get their own hair done at their favorite salon, hire a number of local photographers for TFP (Time for Pictures) where they will get a very nice variety of pictures, and use the money for a good wardrobe which I find is the only thing lacking by the talent at a model shoot.

Once again, I am responding to the blatant lies on your website. It is VERY frustrating and time consuming to have to answer this because it is nothing but lies. First of all, My name is Patrik Simpson, NOT Patrick SImpson. I am not the owner, nor have I EVER done business as IMTA. IMTA was founded and created by Helen Rogers, who sold the Association and started another venture called Showcase International in New York. I am the crrent secretary of the Modeling Association Of America International, and this is the ONLY convention I am a member of. You make a statement that it is illegal advertise on the radio in the State of Arizona without a job offer. That is NOT true. Any company can advertise in any forum they choose, including the radio. As far as jobs go, we have booked our models and actors for many jobs, in all aspects of the entertainment idustry. Every year we book at least 25-30 models with different clients at the Southwest Beauty show. Our models have booked PAID promotional work for Toyota, Nissan, Pall Mall Cigarettes, Sony, Vigin Mobile..etc. I have booked models on contracts to work in Tokyo, Taipei, Milan, Paris. I have booked actors to work on TV shows like Fear Factor, Average Joe, Next, Anna Nicole Show..etc. so, your statement that we do not have Bonafide jobs is incorrect.

Your statement that radio stations look the other way is false. The radio stations work with my company because we are reputable, and established for sixteen years. We have numerous sponsors that we work with in several events because we are a LEGITIMATE company. You never LOST $ 5,000.00 from my company. The ONLY service we could have provided to you that would come close to costing $ 5,000.00 would have been if you were accepted to compete at the New York convention with us. And, your $ 5,000.00 was not lost. What do you think your money went towards? Hotel. Airfare. Registration and Convention fees. Photo-shoots. Zed-cards. training..and the list goes on. I know that the modeling schools in Arizona charge just as much for classes, and you don't even get the trip or all that comes with it. We represent our models and talent to the best of our ability, and ALWAYS strive to do the best to help them gain success in this industry. Since you failed to give your "REAL" name, I can't address your INDIVIDUAL situation. But, I know the success we have had with so many models and actors that have attended the convention with us in the past.

Now that I have addressed your business inaccuracies and false accusations against my company. I will address your personal attacks against me. It is sad that because you have NO legitimate business claims against me, you have to make up personal lies. Number one, I ALWAYS pay my bills. I did divorce my wife becasue she was abusive to my child. I have full permanent custody of my 14 year old daughter because her mother was not fit to have her. I am an excellent father. Ask anyone of my child's teacher's in Arizona or California, or anyone that PERSONALLY knows me. They will give you the "REAL" truth, not the lies that you post. CPS filed thirteen counts of child abuse against my ex-wife for the abuse she afflicted on my child, and that is why the state of Arizona gave me full-custody of her, and allowed me to move her out of state.

For the record, I am the LAST perosn who is vindictive and malicious. I am kind, caring and sincere with evryone that I meet, from the maid that cleans my house to the head honcho at Disney..etc. Anyone that really KNOWS me..knows this is the truth.My ex-wife was NOT a lady that supported my dream. She never took care of our child, sepent my money to the extreme, abused me and my child. Any of these facts can easily be checked thru CPS or the Arizona Superior Court website. After you do, you will say THANK GOD this man has custody of this child. I never found myself a rich boyfreind. The man I was with before had NO MONEY. I supported him for almost 10 years. He died in 2003. The man I am with now is an equal. A great guy and step father to my child. I paid all my bills when I could. The ONLY two times I had finnancial problems in my life were the TWO times I was fighting for custody of my child to PROTECT her. I would lose everything ALL over again to make sure she is SAFE. I did not lose my home in Augusta Ranch, I sold it, and bought a new house in Louisiana. I had opened a new office there and I was going to move there for two years to launch the company. At this time I had full custody of my child, her mother had only limited visitation. She gave me permission to move to Louisiana with my child. After I sold my house, bought a new house in Louisiana and have EVERYTHING on a movin g truck to move out of state, I was served papers from my ex-wife stating I never got the permission I needed to move. Long story short, and if you really want to know the full details, read all the PUBLIC court minute entires from the link I listed above, I never got to ove into my house in Baton Rouge. I paid for a home that I never lived in for 6 months, until I signed it back over to the bank, LOSING MONEY. I rented a room for me and my child from Angela Shantz (person who got a FALSE judgement against me) she pillaged my things. Stole from me and my child. We moved form there and stayed with my friend in Fountain Hills. At this time I bought a new house in East Meas (on OLLA street). After all this CHAOS..my ex-wife lied to the judge and got custody back. I lost my house on Olla, becasue I again chose to fight out in court for my child. My house foreclosed and I moved to California. I did NOT destroy my home as you claim. I loved my house. I left the house empty and moved. The nasty things you wrote are ALL lies. Check out the Superior Court website and read all the minute entries, and then you will see for yourself just how "nice" my ex-wife was, and what the real truth is. Many people do want to do business with me becasue I am an honest ethical businessman who cares. In addition to that, I am a good father. I will NOT allow someone to make up FALSE ACCUSATIONS and INACCUARTE LIES about me or my company. I would really like this report to be removed becasue the information that is being posted to the web is false and damaging to my reputation personally and professionally.
