On April 29th I purchased two items from Modells's website and I didn't receive my packages that were supposed to be delivered in 5 business days. I checked the Tracking Number of my order and FedEx's website shows it was delivered. So far I don't have neither what I purchased nor a refund. What a shame on Modells!
