Modular Document Solutions QDS Beware scam copy company!!! They use high pressure and will forge lease documents to make a sale. Stay away from them!!!! Jacksonville, Florida

We called Modular in Jacksonville to install a simple copying/fax machine for our office on a month-to-month RENTAL basis. Our office manager signed a rental agreement but the company forged his signature on a lease document and sold the paper to an outside leasing company.
We called many times and their complex phone system would not accept the calls! We left messages and were not called back. The sales rep David Mercer who obviously did the forgery would not return a call.
Finally a so-called manager called, Bill Canamere called and was irate, saying his legal team would call us. They never did.
While this was all going on Modular's telemarketers kept calling our office houdning us to by more toner. We told them we hadn't even used the machine yet, that it was being returned.
The people at Modulatr should be in jail!!! Do not fall for their lies and deception. Stay away from them!!!!
