There are 2 issues two my situation. My single wide mobile from Oakwood was suppose to be paid off. at Closing I had a letter stating this they also doubled the cost of my double wide to pay off my single wide and we were supose to keep it. We have for now they are making payments on it. But it was suppose to be paid off in December then April 1st now September. I can not get the owner or any one to contact me.

2nd issue I have problems with my home and it is warranted against defects for 1 year this is a Federal law and State law they are suppose to fix things. IO have a hole in my hallway floor, half my widows will not go up or down and this is a fire hazard especially when its in your childrens bedrooms. I have vinyl siding that is mising and hanging loose, I have missing trim work, I have I have 2 storm windows missing. When it rains you hear water running with in the walls.
