Moeim.Inc They are a rip off/scam artist company Los Angeles, California

I ordered products from this company on 06/13/2011 which carries different kind of vendors you get to choose from to shop...Must have a sales tax#...That Wed..06/15/2011 I received an email saying my order is being process...But it wasn't the same price as to what I ordered..So I called to see what's going on and of course no answer...So the next day Moeim called me saying my Credit card was declined..So I'm like that can't be right...try it again..Instead of them putting in a month and year...they was putting in a month and day..What credit card dose that???Anyways Moeim said my items would be shipped out that same day...By the way I received my tracking # that Wed..So Monday I go to check the statics of my package (tracking #) and it was saying the same thing as Wed.. 
A label was made by shipper..But ups has not received the package.. So I called Moeim and its always the same guy answering the phone..There are no supervisors or managers, he says they only have customer service which is him.Well I explain the problem and he said my items should have been there today and that he will get in touch with the vendor ( Daisy Corsets ) to make sure they sent it off.. Moeim called back two hours later stating that my order was ship and it should be in by Tuesday/Wed
So today is Tuesday 06/21/2011 still no package..So I called Ups to see what's going on, and Ups said all the shipper did was made a label and they do not have any packages..So I called Moiem and explain to them what was said to me..and He said I needed to contact Daisy Corset for my products.. I said no because I was doing business with Moeim not daisy corset. Moeim are the ones  who charge my credit card. Then he says he order has not been shipped yet..So I ask him to cancel the order and refund me my money.He hung up, So I called moeim back and told them that I will report them if they do not refund me my money. I was told that I would have to talk to Daisy Corsets in order to get my money back..Now in there( moeim ) terms it says..your credit card will not be charge until your items are shipped..My card was charge on 06/16/2011 Today is 06/21/2011 and still no products..Plus they haven't even shipped my items Ups confirm that they have not received any packages from Moeim just a label.
