Fraudster's Mohit Basra & Jay Rana- Anderson Personnel Ltd Duped our Company of almost GBP 850 Our Company ONS represented by Myself "Ankur Gupta" Head of Accounts & Our Director Mr. Ajay Sharma has already filed a Complained today in our Local Police Station today and will be forwarding the copy of the same to Economic Offence Wing in New Delhi, also we have now started legal proceedings against their company in UK.
RPO wing of our firm offered them offshore recruitment services, where they hired one of our Sr. Recruiters for a period
of 1 Month and for which payment was to be made at the end of the month. They hired us in October and its been over 5
Months and still they haven't paid us, we have sent them multiple reminders and dealt with multiple people from their firm and in the end they started calling us names and since last month they stopped responding...following are our email

ONS were appointed by Anderson Personnel as an outsourcing agency. The quality of work that was provided and the service we were given was of such poor quality that we cancelled the agreement. We disagreed that we owed them 850 (not exactly a large sum of money) due to the exceptionally poor service and when we refused to pay they threatened us with court action.
We agreed that this should be settled by legal means, however we never heard from them again until this report was filed on this website.
ONS have also written complaints about at least one other company and, as this is the only complaint against Anderson Personnel, I can only draw the conclusion that ONS use forums as they know that their accusations will not stand up in court.
I can only suggest that if anyone reading this wishes to discuss this further, then Anderson Personnel are happy to do so in order to clear our name.
Any further accusations will be taken seriously and a counter claim considered.
