The movers were very unprofessional, arrived over an hour and half late, took excessive time, didnt have materials needed and asked us to help them transport furniture, swearing and yelling in home in front of kids and attempted to fight with our young son.(1) The movers were extremely sloppy. After they left, I counted about 20 problems (ranging from a chipped coffee table and 3 chipped armchair legs to a torn piece of furniture tied together with moving tape - so I wouldn't notice). (2) When I pointed out a few problems that I did notice, the foreman told me that I shouldn't worry. The company will take the damaged furniture and fix it. I received a letter by mail with the settlement figure: $36! (keep in mind that my furniture was over $15,000 new). This is a total joke! (3) The Customer Service is another joke. I called them for 3 days in a row, left messages, all to no avail. In the end, all they did was to send me to the Claims department. They couldn't care least about the customer. (4) The initial estimate ($425) had nothing to do with the final amount ($1075). Bottom line: If you've got any brains at all, do yourself a favor and find another moving company.
