Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Moldynamics corporation based in California could be considered a scam, at least in my experience. They sell various body kits and other accessories for cars. Do not order any parts from this so "called" company. They bill you, they send out a shipment notice, but the package never arrives. When you call back the company, all you get is "we are not responsible for loss packages or where the shipment arrives". Total scam, everyone should be aware of this company before placing an order. They also never return calls, total lack of customer service.

If you're going to be a representative of your company on ROR, the least you can do is not insult your customers by calling them 'Kid', not to mention have someone that can spell.
Steve - do you have the Fedex tracking numbers mentioned in Carlos' response & have you tracked the shipments?

We really sorry Kid,
As we explain to you before "several times" once the product has been shiped out, it is the currier responsability to deliver.
The shipping notice is automatically send by Fed ex, and is also a tracking number (Used to track the status of your package).
Every shipment is insured for your protection, however according to our terms and conditions (which you agreed to by checking the box prior to purchasing) states: "Moldynamics Corp is not responsable for lost or damaged merchandise, and the custumer agrees to place a claim directly with the currier."
