This all started with a Corporate Recruiter who overpromised
same day payment on completed contracts, resources, customer service and
Training was online sessions and not interactive. Poor picture and sound quality, and no post
session collateral sales support.
First Team Leader I received one call in the middle of the
night that was 3 seconds long, and it took a week to find out he no longer
worked there. Next Team Leader had the
class and demeanor of a snake oil salesman.
After days of trying to resolve customer concerns, contracts, equipment
shipments and availability questions during follow up his extension number was
no longer valid.
Junior Team Leader used terms of endearment and familiarity
that one would only use with the closest members of their family. Very unprofessional. Repeatedly complained about their work load
and how many people they had to deal with.
I would address my customers unresolved concerns over and
over, and to be told I was being too aggressive, instead of recognizing that I was just expressing the customers
frustration. Because of their lack of
organization and follow up, most of my customers cancelled their orders and
went with more reliable and professional credit card companies such as Heartland
and Central Payments. Outcome no commission
for me and no business for Momentum.
It will be interesting to see their rebuttal, as I am sure
it will be classic. Before anyone signs
or commits to Momentum I would seriously consider going with one of their
highly rated competitors. This is not an
angry person addressing petty concerns, as I can verify all of the above from
my disgruntled customers.
