If I liked product they would charge my account but I never recieved product and they have already charged me. Minnetonka,, Maine

I ordered Stompeez for a friend for Christmas and the company called me and told me that they were processing my order but had some other offers for me.  They said if I tried out this Budget Savers for $1 they would send me a gift card to Wal-mart.  I had 30 days to review the product and that if I was not interested I could call and cancel and there would be no charge besides the $1 to my account.  I never recieved anything in the mail and they have already charged my account $29.95.  There is no phone # to reach them at and in checking it to this I see other people have had the same problem.  Please help!

Let me tell you something that you don't want to hear, it is companies like this that scam people and prey on people who order products online or on television.  My mother in law ordered Chillo's and received a phone call, she told them no she didn't want it but they still charged her debt card for this for four months even after phone calls to your company from her bank statement.  On August 23rd she received a letter stating that her account was cancelled but that she would not receive a refund, yet you claim people don't listen.  I was present when the call came in and she told them NO, I don't want it plain and simple yet your scam company stole money out of her account for four months. 

We contacted the FTC, Minnesota Attorney General, Georgia Attorney General, and Channel 5 Consumer Reporters about this.  I suggest anyone who has been conned by this company to contact the FEDERAL TRADE Commission and file a complaint as they have a file on them and will investigate this company and if your job is to scam people then find another job that is honest and has integrity to it.  If my 77 year old mother in law don't get her money back I will be taking legal action against them for the full $119.80 and ask that the Department of Justice look into the operations of this company.  I am a retired Law Enforcement Officer and I know what to do to shut down scams like yours.  Find honest work because this company is a joke.

They have an online complaint form to file complaints on, please anyone who is a victim please do so because we should fight scams like this.

first I would like to say that when you ordered the product off tv or online you selected for your info to be sold to these places who will contact you with offers. Budget savers is a wonderful program is there website. I also include a email address for you to contact them the reason these kind of places sometimes do not have a phone number is because people say YES or OK to things in which they are not listening. I am not saying you but only maybe 20% of what was told to you that day you heard not due to the marketers actions but due to your own ability to listen and keep at pace keep in mind you are able to ask them to slow down also you are able to ask for a phone number to contact the programs which you said YES too. keep in mind the company is not at fault your address may be wrong and which you should have spelled it these are things that are your responsibility I am not trying to be rude but I think people should understand that by complaining about places like this are also taking jobs away when the places get shut down due to many complaining people who did not listen. good luck and I hope that next time you will listen more :D
