Glad to see you took the extra effort to slander me and thank you for the proof. Your mistake that you reference several cases and charges that do not exist. When you communicate facts, you can be safe....legally. But you have gone out of your way to defamate my character by listing a bunch of false data. So, again, this is a case you will have the opportunity to come to TX and defend yourself on. I'll again ask that anyone who questions the integrity of myself or my company to ask the right people (not Louisiana con-artists). Feel free to look up the refenced cases and discover none exist. Picked the wrong person to make false claims against. This deadbeat tried to cheat the state of Louisiana out of taxes by making some "adjustments" to the original Buyer Order he was given. 3 months after the sale when he had failed to dodge his LA registration taxes he demanded ML Motors (a licensed TX dealer) give him a bunch of rigged documents. When that was refused, he decided to run and cry to anyone .... who I can only assume ...he though would care. Sorry your scam failed and your reward for slandering one of my companies will be a lawsuit and a dedication to making sure Louisiana know exactly how you cheat on your taxes.
