first report being scammed by Four season Consulting report # 684249 victim Ron Henderson seeking grant. Ron Joseph manager scammer along with owners whom closed office in December 2011 and reopened as Encore Consulting then closed and reopened as of March 2011 as Monetech Group Holdings owners Belydia Munoz and Victor Vesquez.
