Beware!  Monetech Group Holdings is a scam.  They were formally called Four Seasons Consulting.  Do a google search and read for yourself.  We found this out by looking up Monetech Group Holdings at the Las Vegas BBB website.  There is a ton of information.  Monetech started business under that name in February of 2011!  They ran as Four Seasons Consulting before then.  They recieved so many bad reviews and fraud claims that they changed their name.

I paid them $1000 for a boiler plate business analysis.  They turned it around in a couple of days and told me that I was approved for a $290,000 grant.   I got suspicious when the grant approval came in only two days after I recieved their initial analysis (and before my corrections were made to it). I spoke with a Dan Goodman from Monetech who said that the main condition of approval was that I had to turn in "supplemental documentation to the funding organization within 10 days".  "The supplemental documentation", he told me, was "a very specific IRS approved business plan".  Dan then told me that I had a"99% chance of funding if I paid them to provide me with this business plan.  Dan sent me a Business Plan Package Service Agreement which requested that I pay Monetech another $4300 immediately. At this point I sent Monetech a list of conditions that I needed met before I would pay $4300 more to them.  I needed to know that an organization truly existed that was willing to grant my company $290K and I wanted to see evidence that Monetech truly sent letters of intent out to 38 organizations.  Here were the the conditions I sent to Monetech:

1.   I had requested to have a copy of the updated business analysis
after my corrections and feedback was given to Monetech.  I have not
received a copy of my updated analysis.  I would like to have a copy of
the updated analysis.  I would like to refer to it as I work on the
business plan and I want a copy for my records.

2.
I had requested to have a copy of the grant proposal before they
were submitted to the organizations.  I understand that they were all
slightly different.  I asked to see at least one of them for my
records.  I want to know how I am being represented to these organizations
before they were sent.  I did not receive a copy of even one of the proposals
prior to you submitting them. I would like to have this before I move
forward.  Organization names can be omitted if need be.

3.
I would like to know the name of the organization that is willing to
fund the proposed $290,000 grant.  I am willing to sign a non-disclosure
agreement or any other agreement in order to have this information.

4.
I need to request a payment plan for the Business Plan Package
Service Agreement.  I can put $1000 down now and the rest upon final grant
approval.

5.
I was just told that Monetech will not be doing the Business
Plan.  I would like to know who or what organization will be doing it.

Jason from Monetech called me and told me that they could not meet any of my conditions.  Instead he emailed me copies of letters of intent that (he said) they mailed out to the 38 organizations. The letters of intent had no names on them... they were also boiler plate.

That's when my husband and I started investigating deeper and found a ton of fraud reports including one to the FBI.
