Likely they are scammers

AUTHOR: Tagurit - (USA)

To the original poster- you don't say if you owe them any money - did you ever take out a loan with them?  If not they are a scam, ignore them, hang up, don't take their calls, call them the idiot scammers they are.  If you did take out a loan they are still in violation of the FDCPA - research it and take appropriate action.

Do you owe them money?

AUTHOR: Ashley - (U.S.A.)

If you owe them money, and they are the original creditor, then you cannot stop them from calling. Do you actually owe this company?
