Arman promises to forward leads of pre-approved buyers that have been fully underwritten. In reality, these are leads that have not been verified and when you call the leads, they say they are not interested or already have an agent. Do not sign a contract, give them your credit card number or you will be sorely disappointed. When you complain about the misrepresentation they refuse to reverse the charge. Rich Saputo, Lalannie and Natalie in customer service will not return your calls. Arman will put you on hold until you hang up if you call him on his misrepresentations. Do not give these lead generation companies any business. They are a RIP OFF!

I was successful having my credit card company reverse the charges. If you fall for this scam, fight the charges vigorously through your credit card issuer. Initially my credit card issuer said I was not likely to prevail. After a second call from them they were convinced this company did not deliver what was promised and reversed the charges.
