Mongocard Monster RewardsLLC They made an unauthorized debit from my checking account St. Petersburg, Florida

These people made an unauthorized debit of $99.00 from my checking account on 12/3/10 .  When I called to find out who they were, I was given a hard time and was told that I did authorize the membership.  I was told I would get a refund on 12/7/10. 

On 12/15/10 I called again to ask about the refund and was told it would be another 15 days. Because of their debit, I have incurred $87.00 in overdraft charges and I want them to cover that cost also.  I was told that it was not company error, so I was not entitled to a refund for the overdraft charges.  It is their fault because I never authorized the debit in the first place.

I asked several times to talk to a manager and was denied the opportunity to do so and the person I was on the phone with at that time hung up on me.  I have been trying to call them today, 12/16/10, and have been unable to talk to anyone.  I also received 5 text messages on my phone from this company today telling me that I am apporoved for what ever it is that they are selling and have texted back for them to STOP, and am hoping that I will not be debited.
