Received  order confirmation that  items would ship  between 5-10 business days. The debit posted to my account on October 22 and still No Products(Now November 2, 2015.) Sent 2 emails on October 30th, where Mr. Burlton response reads: " got the order will check one email is good to send. Thanks Alex". A return was sent asking what type of business was he running where he scolds paying clients of amount of emails we are allowed to send. Alex still never provided me with a shipping number, cause for delay, or ETA of shipment. 

Alex Burlton received a third email explaining that the authorities were contacted and filed Scam/Fraud report. I also informed that to resolve options were: Products and/or Refund, Shipping (tracking  ) and/or Refund. It's 9:35am est No PRODUCTS and No REFUND! 

I am a First Time Customer and this is how am treated. For taking time out of my day and money from my pocket to patronize MonsterHair is this is Respect am shown.
