Kevin Williams DBA Montana Trophy Outfitters AKA Bull Mountain Outfitters got one over on me. I booked an elk hunt with this outfit in the summer of 2010. I paid him in full $6300. After a summer of terrible communication, I loaded my family and headed 18 hours away for a hunt of a lifetime. I ended up in Raton, NM to meet up with my guide, only to find out my hunt was mis scheduled by Kevin Williams and I was going to loose 3 days of a 5 day hunt. I kept my family in a hotel for 3 days waiting to hear from this outfitter. No calls, no apologies. Three days later he finally calls, apologizes, and promises to refund me my money. I did not hunt with him and chose to just get my money back. He promised on several occasions to give my money back in full after I got back home. He is very hard to get a hold of these days, and I have yet to see my refund. I have my cleared checks, and an email from him promising my refund. I now have to file a report with the appropriate agencies. In the meantime I am just trying to inform as many people as I can so that he can't scam another innocent person.

BULL MOUNTAIN OUTITTERS KEVIN WILLIAMS

AUTHOR: tkritzer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 01, 2011

Kevin Williams of Bull Mountain Outfitters, has more than made good with a an unfortunate situation.  My name is Tim Kritzer, I did not file the original report. I had a friend who exagerated a bad situation and now "Rip Off Report" will not let Kevin Williams or I remove the previous comments.

I arrived in New Mexico to do an elk hunt with Bull Mountain Outfitters, only to find that the state of New Mexico had closed it's DNR offices for a holiday weekend. This was not Kevin Williams intent. Kevin has paid me 1/2 of my money and I have chosen to take the remainding balance and try to do an elk hunt this year with him, that would mean that I owe him $3,000 and some dollars, and he will not accept any money!

Before my friend had the entire information about Kevin's and my deal, he thought he was doing me favors by posting on this "rip off report" website.  For your information, the only scam here is this "rip off report" website. They will not let Kevin or I remove the slander without paying a lot of money. Do some investigation, you will find that there are hundreds of consumers upset with this website. This website is a scam and should be stopped.
