I ordered a meter from montanasatellitesupply.com
I placed the order 2/29/09.
My order says it has shipped on 3/13/09.
I got an email response from email@example.com and he said that they are working on it. That was the last I heard from him.
I tried calling the 1 800 number and left a message, still nothing.
I can't get an update.
I would like to cancel my order and get my money back.
My order says shipped. How do I cancel the order?
I'm starting to feel ripped off.

I waited one week expecting to see my order.
I waited an additional week to give you more time.
It is now apparent to me that you have no intention to fulfill my order.
An email, explaining the delay, would have been a good business
Your lack of communication have forced me to change my credit card.

We never did get them in I guess they oversold them at the distributor and didn't get their order Sorry for the lack of communication I've been on a big project in Canada Let me know if you want to wait the week to see what happens or I'll cancel it now
