I had purchased a mont blanc pen and was wondering why the email and contact information was not accurate, I tried to contact them through a live web chat and it was cancelled. I emailed the third party company and no response which was cs1@martbill.com A SCAM!

Since then I have pursued to obtain a refund and no luck as of yet and they charged my card within an hour of the transaction. This is obviously a scam and after further research, it turned out to be a scam.
