After seeing an advertisment online for a free sample of Montecito Skin Care- just pay $4.99 for shipping and handling, I ordered the sample. Immediately, I was charged $5.99. I did receive one small bottle of Montecito Skin Care.

Everything was all good until a month later when I saw a charge of $139.99 on my credit card statement. I immediately tried calling Montecito Skin CAre company. The number that I had for the company was disconnected. I filed a report with the BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card. To date Montecito has not contacted the BBB. Montecito sent my credit card company my invoice and Montecito's INternet site pages. I had not saw those particular Internet pages before my credit card company had them. I lost the dispute, and I have to pay $139.99. This was an expensive lesson to learn.
