Received a letter from Moon Investment Group. in London, Ontario, Canada along with a check in the sum of $4,700.00 from Moon Investment Group, bearing an address of 6225 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78757 drawn on a Capital One bank account. They said my husband won a "random computer ballot draw" from selected stores in North America like Wal-Mart, Sears, K-Mart, etc.: stores which nearly every person in the world frequents!!

They said he won $200,000.00 from a total of $5.5 million shared among 10 "declared winners". The check for $4700. is supposed to be for "Government/bond fees of $2,980." They say you have to pay the bond fees through any Western Union or Money Gram. They tell you to call your "Claim Agent" before using the check, that they'll "give you the necessary information you need to take there when you call." The Claim Agent's name is Tim Parker at 647-928-7739. The name on the bottom of the letter is Nicole Anderson - Promotions Manager. The signature is not legible.
