It is obvious from reading Mr. Hogg's last reply that he is not only a liar and perjurer, but that he deludes himself. Here is a photo of Mrs. Hogg, the Lovely Ashley Zuber Hogg. According to a report about the Hoggs posting on racist forums and other deviant forums, this photo of the lovely Ashley Zuber Hogg was her profile picture on a site called beastforum (link below). Anyone who would call Mrs. Hogg hot is either being very sarcastic, or being very sarcastic. Stewart Hogg and Ashley Hogg are liars and perjurers, and given Stewart's willingness to lie and ask his hot (snicker, snicker) wife Ashley Hogg to perjure herself in court over a repair bill, and his threats of SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES if the"defamation of character" doesn't stop, wouldn't Stewart Hogg do something more than blow air up his own a*s if he wasn't a liar and
perjurer?

Funny how the forum posting seems to have stopped right around the time the Hoggs found out someone outed them and not three months later when the Hoggs decided to accuse someone else of making the whole thing up and started posting derogatory information and pretending to be the person they accused of making this whole crazy thing up.

So I just looked up this other report that this "employee" of this posting just listed.  It has several back and forth entries.. (looks like from the same guy to himself several times).. weird.. but at the end of it all.. if you get that far to read it.. the last posting has a link to court documents..   I have to put in my comments here because after reading this posting and rebuttals from obvious a employee(s) and or owners of moped medick now state bring up just one of the civil court cases "on file" and point out this couple or company that seems to not even exist.. so a fake company?  I'm not exactly sure what is the meaning behind the relationships with the two postings on Ripoff report.

If you go to this link.. it brings up some kind of court appeal form.  In an official court document in the town of or county of Charleston, SC  it states.. DEFENDANT GEORGE MERRIWEATHER.  And the Plaintiffs Stewart and Ashley Hogg.  In the official state of SC court papers that are online here.. and in the first paragraph of the

THIS CASE ... last sentence.  The Plantiff's testified AND the DEFENDANT (this MERRIWEATHER)  ADMITTED that he became very irate and vulgar and profane towards Plaintiff's.

Several lines later 4th paragraph... it states that there were several blogs and other emails with other names using the same language all happening after this first initial contact as stated here.  The emails were said in this document that they were threats of sexual assault against the woman and physical violence against the man.

I just have to comment here.. why would an employee or maybe the owner of MOPED MEDIC and or George Merriweather want us here to see this other RIPOFF REPORT that has this against him in a court of law.  All this does is to prove that the rip off report against MOPED MEDIC is true.. and also to show that not only does this company have problems with the court and civil disputes with the general public.. is only shows me that I will stay away from this company.. because god forbid me to go there and complain about a repair.. I may get stalked or beat up.. SEXUAL ASSAULT?  REALLY?    WTF????  

It's simply amazing that people like this guy from the moped place are on the streets making it unsafe for all of us (like the court said).. REASONABLE PEOPLE..

I won't recommend this guy or this company to anyone..

Heather appears to be unfamiliar with how the warranty process for a vehicle works. The warranty on the moped purchased by Heather does not cover damage caused by knocking over the moped, ignoring scheduled maintenance and wear items nor does it cover acts of vandalism by people who don't like you.

As to the link Heather posts wherever she can, it is to a letter written by Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn regarding an appeal to one of his decisions as magistrate of the East Cooper Magistrate Court, in Mount Pleasant, SC.

In this letter, Magistrate Lynn alleges that George went to the Hogg's residence to pick up a moped. In fact, nobody from Moped Medic ever went to the Hogg's residence for any reason. It is unknown why Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn claims this happened.
Further, Magistrate Lynn made the determination that the email address mopedmedic@aol.com, to which the Hoggs cced an 'email' they'd composed and claimed was from George, is the same as mopedmedic@yahoo.com, which is the email address of Moped Medic. We believe them to be similar but different. Magistrate Lynn further determined that craigslist.org uses a gmail.com account, and that emails from this gmail.com account were written by George and forwarded by craigslist.org from this gmail.com account to the Hoggs. Only Magistrate Lynn can explain how and why he determined this happened. 
The document first produced by the Hoggs in this case was one sheet of paper of what they claimed were emails from George to them. None of these 'emails' had headers attached, and none of them met the standards for admissibility into evidence that South Carolina follows. Magistrate Lynn held the document on his bench and offered George the opportunity to briefly glance at it upside down. As the hearing ended, Mr. Lynn gathered up all the pages the Hoggs had made, and made copies for George, at George's request.

Upon examining the entirety of the documentation brought to the court by the Hoggs, it was obvious to even the most ignorant of internet users that the Hoggs had submitted false evidence fabricated emails, forwarded emails to themselves, that they had brought several drafts of the same 'email' with them into court, and that they had changed dates, corrected their own spelling and grammatical errors, and added content to their 'email' evidence prior to presenting a 'Greatest Hits' version to Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn, which he then decided was authentic. One of the pages is clearly an email Mr. Hogg forwarded to himself. It contained a version of one of the 'emails' that Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn determined were authentic, which was significantly different than the final version judged to be authentic by Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn. The time and date on the email was different as well. Another page appears to be a rough draft, containing two versions and dates of the final 'email' submitted by the Hoggs and judged to be authentic by Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn. There was also email correspondence between Mr. Hogg and Lowcountry Scooter, now Charleston Scooter Company.  In addition, the Hoggs both lied under oath regarding the fake emails and their experience with George. 

This whole matter started with a dispute between the Hoggs and Moped Medic about a repair bill of about $150 for picking up their moped after it crashed in Mt. Pleasant, bringing it to the store in West Ashley, repairing damage to the front end and repairing a front tire. The Hoggs said this should have cost less than $75 after the work was done. 

We have and will contine to make copies of the Hogg's documents and 'emails' determined to be authentic by Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn of Mount Pleasant, SC available to anyone who is interested in examining them. Nobody with even the most rudimentary understanding of how the Internet works would believe them to be real.

Well, you are right.  Not only what you wrote here but also that some woman had to put a restraining order on him too..   He was stalking her and the husband after they had a similar event with him just like you.  The restraining order did go into effect.  Sexual Stalker.  Judge thought so..  MANY MANY other CIVIL complaints about the company.
