I invested 100,000 with Moralta Funding, supposedly at 16% for their timeshare mortgages. They usually send a statement and a check every month, more or less. But their statement amounts have never agreed with my spreadsheet for a simple 16% interest investment. On paper, they have shorted me thousands and thousands of dollars in principal balance. Now they are not returning my phone calls. I hope your experience with them is better than mine.
