I went on line and i ordered a platform bed from them of which i thought i would like. To start things off, i had moved to a new address, but all of my bank information still had my old address and this is what they used for my billing address and shipping address of which was wrong. I called a sales rep about this and he acted like he couldn't care more and according to him, i had to make all the changes through the shipper and also contact fed ex. I also requested that the delivery date be changed due to repairs at my new appartment complex. This wasn't done.  Needless to say, the package arrived on the 15th of this month, and fed ex had plenty of trouble getting this 125lb package into the appartment with a torn up ramp entrance. I wasn't there for this package - only the workers working to replace the entrance ramp. The package should have been refused as it was damaged pretty bad.  The workers got it into my apartment.  I went and opened the package the next day to check for damage and missing parts. I found very little damage.  I proceeded to take the parts out of the box and lay them out on the floor to be put together. I got out the instructions to put it together and ALL OF THE PARTS WERE TO BE MARKED according to the instructions. This was not done. I proceeded to do what i could in putting this bed together from the directions on the sheet of paper sent. The assembling screws would not fit into the plastic dowels the way they were said to be.  This was the first of the problems, not having the pieces marked was the second, and the third was that the mouldings had holes drilled in them for the screw placement on the wood platform.  IF the box that this came in wasn't so badly damaged, i would have packed it all up and sent it back to them - but customer service wasn't too happy to hear about that.  This was a bad experience on my part to order something over the internet from a company i knew very little about. Never again shall i make the same mistake. Beware of companys you do business with for there customer service isn't all that it should be.
