Morgan Auto Group (Gainesville Buick, GMC) False advertising via post-card delivered by mail and I confirmed the winning options with the 1-800# on the post-card Gainesville Florida

I went this Sunday to the aforementioned dealership, after getting an approved time to 'see what I had won' by calling the 1-800 phone number that was on the post-card, delivered to my home this Friday November 10th, 2017. The lady that answered the call (that I placed on Saturday, November 11th, 2017) confirmed that I had indeed won 'something' and to go to the dealership, in-person with all my information and to see what I had won, since all of my numbers matched. I enjoyed test-driving and seriously considering two (2) different vehicles, a 2017 Honda CR-V and a 2017 Buick Encore. This being a Large purchase decision for me, I was not going to buy an SUV or make a decision that day and I wanted more information on Morgan Auto-Group's warranty of 15-years/150,000-miles. and what that encompassed. I found out that it does NOT cover electronics and the items that typically go-bad/fail during that time-period and are still NOT covered under warranty. After all this time (2-hours have passed) I wanted to get the final numbers together and find out what I could more about the car, but I wanted to see what I had won and get the 'smart-watch' that you get for just test-driving. I was shown another number on the post-card, at the bottom that isn't related to the other three (3) matching numbers at the top of the post-card and of course that single (1) number didn't match anything - this is a classic bait-and-switch gag that flim-flam artists have used for centuries. Then I was told they were all-out of the 'smart-watches' and so I used 2.5 hours of my life to entertain a business that runs so close to the ragged edge of legal, surrounding themselves in the grey-area of our litigious society all while knowing they will come out the winner in the long-run, because they have the deeper pockets to sustain they're morally loose business model that is obviously working as they own 15 dealerships, yet when you BBB search them they are still listed as an 'Auto-Detailing' establishment.
