WARNING!!!! You will get a call message from a person anemd "Sam Abbot" claiming it is in regards to your credit card debt and it is "imperitive that you call him back immediatley". When you do call the number he provides 800-699-1941 which looks like on the caller ID is 213-710-8185. you get a Boiler Room type call center. Asking you if you want to reduce your debt They state their company name is Allied Services based in Miami FL, AND that is IF you can even get them to tell you their company name, becuase hwnever you ask for it they hang up the phone without any word.
Then if you can get farther which i did by giving them bogus information, they trasnfer you to another rep who claims to be a "Answering service" who then in turns takes your information and pases it along to yet another company NAMED "Morgan Drexen" Based in Vegas. Then after about an hour you will get a call back from a rep at Morgan Drexen claiming he is a Debt Consultant AND he works for a Law Firm as well. and he will take get all your information and provide a Service to you to gt you in touch with a LAWYER who will then help you with you debt. All the time while The Morgan Drexen rep stated he is from California while their site states they are in Vegas. And when asked who is Alllied Service they stated "they are a marketing company we hire to work soley for us to provide leads" then he goes on to say they are a part of their company then when i asked what is their address he says " i dont have that information". How in the world can you do business with a company and tell me you dont have their inforamtion, even bette when i asked him how do you spell their company name he said " i dont know" and this guy works for a law firm?

Two reps spoken to at Morgan Drexen were Joel Newby ( thats a good bogus name) and the other whom did not give last name is Kerry, and im sure that his real name too.

I am filing a small claims lawsuit against this company for harrasment as Allies services ahs contacted my number on more than 3 occassions and i have requested to be removed from the call list and i am on a National do Not call Registry.

If anyone can get more information on these companies reply to this thread and we will slowly but surely file major suit for harrsaments and fight back. ENOUGH of this BS going on in the U.S. im sick of it

"Results"

AUTHOR: Jrw - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 31, 2009

If a company is measured by the results it achieves, consumers should consider the "results" that Morgan Drexen achieved for one Montana couple, who has now brought suit against Morgan Drexen in federal court. (The link to a story about that suit in the Billings Gazette is at the end of this note).  It seems as if the fees paid by that Montana couple may have gone toward a "supper-poppin" holiday party at the "Grove of Anaheim"  (http://tweetphoto.com/7078630) that was replete with "extravegant burlesque dancers N all" (http://tweetphoto.com/6847225). For the news story, go to this link:  http://billingsgazette.com/news/state-and-regional/montana/article_26fd2fb4-f4d2-11de-9d18-001cc4c002e0.html

Morgan Drexen Benefits Near Bankrupt Consumers

AUTHOR: J Katz - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, October 22, 2009

The measure of a company's value are the results it achieves.  On a daily basis, Morgan Drexen publishes on its web site the settlements reached by attorneys (supported by Morgan Drexen) on behalf of consumers.

The claim of Morgan Drexen's "legitimacy" was directed to the individuals who were using Google Maps and driving the streets of Las Vegas to determine the authenticity of the company.

JRW's advises readers to consider the complaints on a certain site.  I have tried to "consider"/research those complaints but it is impossible as the relevant information is redacted.  If one were doing research, wouldn't it be more intellectually honest to consider both sides of story? As anybody can attest, complaints are not always legitimate merely because they are asserted.

Again, I urge consumers to look at the results achieved. If they are looking for similar results, perhaps Morgan Drexen and its associated law firms are the right vehicle.

Just because a company is "legitimate" does not mean it won't rip you off

AUTHOR: Jrw - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 21, 2009

Legitimate companies rip people off all of the time.  Morgan Drexen may be a real company with real facilities as the employee comment states, but it does not follow that the work that Morgan Drexen performs benefits its clients.  Consumers contemplating doing business with Morgan Drexen should carefully consider the numerous complaints filed with the FTC against this company before retaining Morgan Drexen's services.  There is a link to those complaints in a previous comment.

Morgan Drexen Is a Truly Legitimate Company

AUTHOR: J Katz - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, October 08, 2009

The true measure of a company is the value of the services it provides.  Morgan Drexen and the attorneys whom they support have helped a myriad of people across the United States break away from the overwhelming pressure of insurmountable debt.  On a daily basis, Morgran Drexen publishes the settlements that attorneys and Morgan Drexen  aehieve for people suffering financial harship.

It is misguided to judge Morgan Drexen by its place of incorporation -- Nevada.  Thousands of companies are incorporated in Nevada (or Delaware), for example, but have their corporate headquarters in entirely different states.  Morgan Drexen is incorporated in Nevada, but its principle place of business is in California.  The business depicted on the video streaming on the company's website is the actual operation of Morgan Drexen populated by hundreds of employees who support attorneys who help consumers in desperate need of help addressing their unsecured debt.

Morgan Drexen

AUTHOR: C.d.parsons25 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, April 20, 2009

I believe that there are scam artists using the Morgan Drexen name to try to scam people, however, I am a current client of the real Morgan Drexen and I assure you they are a real firm. My debt was in the range of $40,000 and they got it down to a little over $16,000 for me with payments of $238 a month. They only charged me $1,000 total to do this and that money was included in my monthly payments so there was no big down payment to come up with. Since then, none of my creditors have contacted me and my credit card bills have stopped coming to my house. I no longer have any threats of wage garnishments and my credit is being cleaned up for the first time in my life. If you would like to check this out I have the real phone number to call and a real name of a real para-legal to talk to. I assure you they are lagit. The para-legals name is Carla Monsono and the number is 1-800-868-1458. I forget what her extention number is but if you ask for her they will put you through to her and I guarantee you she will answer any questions you might have. Once again, I do not work for this company but I am a very satisfied customer. If you have any questions for me my name is Crystal and my e-mail address is c.d.parsons25@gmail.com. Thank You.

They admit that it's Cashcall making the loans!

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, September 25, 2008

Yesterday I got an email from Phillip Padilla at Morgan Drexen claiming that "I have completed your application for the Debt Reduction Allowance Program." He gave me an "approval number." What law firm does this?

I emailed them back with pictures of their "headquarters" in Las Vegas that my brother had taken and mentioned the actions taken by the North Carolina State Bar.

This morning I got a response from Carey Howe at Morgan Drexen. (She is not a member of the California State Bar.) Not only did she claim that I was "paranoid," but she then stated "We are in a 2 story building in Anaheim Ca and occupy over 10,000 square feet of premium office space. (Google it). Yes, Cashcall is next door, and that is why we can make guaranteed settlements with Cash Call, something no other Debt Settlement attorney's can offer."

That's just what I thought.

North Carolina Bar takes action against Morgan Drexen

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 23, 2008

On July 15, 2008, the State Bar of North Carolina Authorized Practice Committee reported that Letters of Caution had been issued with consent against Morgan Drexen and California attorneys Vincent D. Howard and Damian J. Nassiri for claiming to offer legal representation in North Carolina in connection with debt relief.

Not much detail but the site is:

A squalid little office

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 23, 2008

My brother is currently in Las Vegas so he took a drive over to Morgan Drexen's "offices" at 1117 Desert Lane. Just as it appeared in the aerial photos on Google Earth, it is a shabby old house that has been converted to office space. 1500 square feet, maybe, and nothing like the offices shown in the videos on the Morgan Drexen website.

Morgan Drexen's name is nowhere to be found on their office building. On the double doors leading into the front of the building one door says "First Nevada Bancorp" and the other says "First Nevada Holdings, Inc." That ought to make you feel warm and fuzzy.

Morgan Drexen, Howard | Nassiri, and Cashcall all in this together.

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 16, 2008

I had a similar experience with repeated phone calls to my two business numbers. I gave them phony information to find out who they are.

The rep from Morgan Drexen claims he is an "agent" for a law firm. He gives me a story that their law firm would represent me to lower my debts and that I would repay the law firm in installments. Yea, sure. That's the way lawyers work, right?

I do some digging and find that the Las Vegas address is just a mail drop. (Look at it on Google Earth.) Morgan Drexen is a Nevada corporation that was dormant for about 10 years. Nevada has a cottage industry where brokers sell dormant corporations so you look like you have been in business a long time. Walter Ledda became President of M-D in 2005.

M-D actually works out of the law offices of Howard | Nassiri at 1600 S Douglass in Anaheim. Partners Howard and Nassiri are featured in the videos on the Morgan Drexen website. They are lawyers and you can look them up on the California State Bar website. They both graduated in 2004. So much for experience. Howard | Nassiri has a separate website where they pass themselves off as debt settlement attorneys.

The Morgan Drexen website makes some of the same claims the guy on the phone did about legal representation even though Morgan Drexen admits that they are not a law firm. If you follow the links about their services on their site they always seem to lead to a discussion about debt consolidation loans.

Neither Morgan Drexen nor Howard | Nassiri seem to have local telephone numbers. I could not find them in Dex Online, but they have 800 numbers.

But there is another attorney, Daniel Baren, at the same address. He is not listed in the phone book, either, even though he reported to the State Bar that his place of employment is "The Law Office of Daniel H. Baren." But guess who Baren represents: Cashcall, Inc! On Cashcall's website they claim that 1600 S Douglass is their office. Actually, Cashcall's offices are at 17360 Brookhurst Street, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 per their corporate file in Arizona. Baren is their statutory agent.

So, a law firm that is not a law firm but operates out of a law firm wants to represent me but only if I take out a debt consolidation loan which should be real easy to find because Cashcall is right there ready to help me.
