Morgan & Pottinger Lawbreakers, Violate FDCPA regs., violates Statute of Limitations, sued improperly Louisville Kentucky

I am looking for other victims of this company to form a class for a class action lawsuit. They have filed a civil suit against me for an account that was settled over 15 years ago. If you are an attorney, this would be an open and shut case; a no brainer.

When they first sent a demand letter to me, I disputed it well within the 30 day window. They sent 2 or 3 more letters demanding over $4000 dollars. They have never sent me proof that this debt belongs to me. They can't send me proof either. This stems from an account which I had and was settled over 15 years ago. This clearly is past the Statue of Limitations and therefore a direct violation of the law. Not only did I dispute this account with them and they failed to provide me with proof, this account is also too old for them to collect even if it had not been paid. Furthermore, they filed suit against me and have caused a sheriff to come to my home on numerous occasions, one time at 10PM.

This has caused me great distress and embarrassment. I want to sue them. I would prefer to form a class and sue them as a class. If no one is interested, I will go after them myself. I am preparing a letter today to send to the KY. Bar Association as well as the Ky. Attorney General. I have to visit the courthouse today to look up the specific attorney that filed suit against me though. In Kentucky, you cannot file a complaint with the bar assoc. against a law firm. It has to be against one specific attorney. So now I have to take time out of my day to do a little investigative work so I can go after these idiots.
