Original report#730706 on 5/21/11 for moisture and mold problems. House built in 1993. Never any problems until hail damage "repairs" by these crooks. I very rarely need to go into my attic, but due to a satellite tv issue, I did. I took 11 pictures of black mold, moisture, and water droplets on nails.
I left Mike Nelson a voice mail and no response yet(IF he still works there). I will try to email Sam at the office,(IF it still exists). The phone number is STILL out of service. I contacted my homeowners insurance co. and was advised to get a lawyer and sue for the repairs. If they don't respond real soon, I will have another company do the repairs RIGHT and sue them for reimbursement.
Do NOT use this outfit unless you enjoy pain. Let's ALL get together and join in a lawsuit together and maybe we can get some satisfactory results. How did Alan in Northbrook fare?
