Fairbanks Capital Corporation Unpaid Homeowner's Insurance Escrow Causing Cancellation of Policy Salt Lake City Utah

Despite dozens of phone calls by myself and my Allstate insurance agent to "Customer Service" at Fairbanks, my homeowners policy was cancelled yesterday. I am being charged escrowed (2 X my actual homeowners policy (for this year and next year)) by Fairbanks to cover the payment of my policy. Now, I have to write my insurance Agency a check for the policy so that I am covered. I have no idea where to turn for advice and help with this. I'm sure I will be foreclosed upon if I stop making my escrow payments, so I am really in a bind.

In addition to the non-payment of my insurance, I have been charged late fees on my account $145 each for payments they say they've received late. I have written letters with proof of payment (on time) and they have never removed the late fees from my account.
