Tom Pfirrman is a person who is scamming innocent homeowners and stealing their money. I am not a former employee complaining about being fired. He used this excuse to explain the negative reviews and was ableto convince me to do a modification. I should have known better and went with my gut instinct. It has been 5 months, and no action, all I
have recieved is a foreclosure notice and sale date. A guy named Thomas Reidy told me some bull about a govt. subsidized program that will pay my mortgage for three months so I did not have to pay it for 3 months.   All this
did was take my FICO from 812 to 500 because it was a lie, I do have pay it or my lender will report the lates to credit and it destroyed my credit.  They give some form called a cease and desist where they make up there own line "That if any negative information is reported to the  credit companies proper action will be taken under the Fair Federal
Credit Reporting Act".  I checked with the FFCRA and they said there is no such stipulation.  I am legally bound to those payments and if I miss a single one, my lender has the legal obligation to report them.  I was also told a modification IS NOT the same as a refinance where my loan is frozen.  They lie to get the sale.  They also lie when they say every
homeowner is qualified.  The fact is that the ONLY homeowner who is qualified is the one who can PROVE a financial hardship.  I was also told that this company is a consultant so they are exempt from SB94, but that is not true. Just because they call themselves consultants and use it in the company name does not make them consultants. You can paint stripes on a donkey and call it a zebra, but at the end of the day it is still an illegal mortgage company selling modifications. They dont consult, which means to give advice, they sell.They dont consult anything, they SELL loan modifications and do loan modifications, well they "Attempt" to do them but even the contracts they make you sign it says there are no guarantees and that you will not get a refund.  The refund letter they give you is bogus.  They will use the signed contracts by you as binding.   Also according to the FTC a federal law trumps any state law, and NO ONE can EVER take money upfront for a loan mod in any state. Please call the FTC first at this number 1-877-382-4357.  They will tell you that what this company is doing is illegal.  they will also tell you that this company has many complaints and is currently being investigated.  So don't let this Reidy charachter lie to you. I am a real person who has fallen inline behind the many ripped off by this company. remember they use rebuttles like I lied or I am a former employee disgruntled. Don't fall for it.They have mastered every excuse in the book and tell nothing but lies.  Don't piss away 200-3500 bucks, or more. Please do you homework. call the FTC first at this number 1-877-382-4357.  They will tell you that what this company is doing is illegal.  they will also tell you that this company has many complaints and is currently being investigated.  Then file your own complaint about how they tried to scam you by illegally requesting up front monies.
