Moser Contracting / Rock KC / PHM Contracting, Inc. / All Things Concrete Did not properly utilize rebar during replacement of my concrete driveway and did not apply protective seal. Ignores my attempts to contact. Overland Park Kansas

Patrick Moser is listed as the President, CEO, or Owner of a few businesses that offer home improvement services. We contracted him to replace our concrete driveway. Structural obligations specified in the agreed upon contract were not met.

Rebar was not utilized in the manner which the agreed upon contract specifies. Less than 2 months later, a crack has opened up in my driveway that reaches from end to end. The structural integrity and lifespan of the driveway have been compromised by this disregard of the contractual agreement. The contract also states that a protective sealant would be applied to the driveway. This has not been done.

The protective sealant has not been applied to the surface of the driveway as specified in the contract which we both agreed to. He told us that he would return and apply this protective sealant sometime in september. We were told this would be more efficient. He refuses to acknowledge that this has not been done.

Patrick Moser has been very difficult to communicate with. He has refused to acknowledge my concerns and has also refused to inspect the driveway in person. He has made excuses for the cracking in my driveway and for not applying the protective sealant/water proofing coating. He commonly ignores my attempts to contact him and refuses to fix the problem.
