Mother Goose Adoptions Creating Christian Families Scottsdale Arizona

Im going to tell you about my experience with this agency as a birth mother. First id like to start off by saying that if your a birth mother looking to place your child for adoption please walk....no RUN away from this agency. There were a few red flags that appeared to us as birth parents looking into placing. 1. This agency never seems to keep their word on anything. Both me and the father of the child are together and in agreement with the decision of placing. This agency is paranoid, VERY PARANOID that everyone is out to get them, they agreed to meet with me then last minute something wasnt in or they needed more paperwork or something came up. They told us we wouldnt be matched until we were 36-38 weeks pregnant which was alarming, so we started asking questions and were told that a supervisor would contact us, we were contacted and told that we would be matched and everything was fine, a few days go by and we get a call saying that legal had a hang up on us and they would contact and let us know what it is/was. Later that day we get a call from "deb" and her attorney "adam" whom go on to tell me that im a liar and dont know who my babys father is and that they want to refer me to their sister agency and i asked her why and she said that i have a criminal background and that i appear to be a criminal....i was shocked.... I did have a little bit of a past but that was well over a decade ago and nothing since then. She went on to tell me that she has my info and she saw the reviews here on the bbb site and that she thinks i posted them because i had simlar complaints.... (odd seeing that the time they were placed were a long time before i ever contacted them etc) "deb" then went on to tell us that we would regret it if the pther persons reviews werent taken down and that she would post the address and isp online.... She has since been calling and texting me and making threats. So ladies please do not contact these people they are paranoid and not looking out for your baby. Its sad that places like this prey on birth mothers whom are scared and looking to do the right thing. As probably 99.0% of the birth mothers i do have a past, i never lied about it i just never had a need to disclose it ( it was over a decade ago) i could understand if it were for drugs or something that could potentially have affected a baby but my charge from OVER A DECADE AGO was a white collar crime and i have since gone on to do great things with my life with not even so much as a traffic ticket. This agency...more importantly Deb O'kane, has tried to turn the tables and make herself out to be a victim telling me that i cant place my child for adoption due to my past is just absurd, especially judging from your other "clients" whom appear to clearly have bigger issues than me. And when you decide not to work with them or better yet not to be bullied by Deb or her fake attorney Adam who has no last name then they threaten to make it where you cant place anywhere in Az. ...not sure how but that was what her threat was. This agency waited until the end of my pregnancy pretending that everything was fine then before matching me telling me they cant match me, it just seems odd and unprofessional. And the case manager that we put our trust into is the one that "Deb" said was raising suspicions about us saying that we didnt seem right, yet the whole time smiling in our face acting as though she was there for us, they betrayed us. But god has a plan and i wont let this agency bring us down. Please be careful if your considering this agency.
