Ordered a baby sling which weighs about 5 ounces.  They charged $11.90 to ship.  When received, realized the sizing was entirely too large (from the information on back - never opened)  then returned brand new item for a different size. Received multiples emails of which I stll have stating: Your items has been shipped to please wait 7 more days, to now you have to pay for an exchange then back to call me at this number with this ticket # to take care of it....all excuses and lies.  Today I called again....FIVE MONTHS LATER from last email (this whole process has been well over a year)....to have the girl tell me, they NEVER received my return !!!!  This is no way for ANY company to behave.  They never had any intentions of exchanging the item and it was just to get the item back to sell again to another unsuspecting consumer.  What an expectant mother does not need is some scam company taking her precious dollars when she needs them most.  Disgusted with the whole process of this ridiculous company.
