motor car concepts ripped me off

I would like to report that motorcar concepts off of kirman rd in orlando fla has ripped me off by selling me a van and stating that they were going to pay off my last car. this company has failed to pay it off as I have recieved a delinquency notice from bank of america for the 3rd time stating that I have to pay within 5 days the balance. this balance now has increasewd to 772.00.

When I first bought the car I brought it back due to the fact that it had bad belts. they sprayed the belts before I drove it off the lot. I was unaware that when they were spraying it it was for the belts. they told me that they would fix the ac. I left it with them on the 3rd day of owning the car. at this time they did not have a bank for me yet. they were to fix the ac and the belts. they said they fixed the belts and the ac. well within a week I brought it back stating that the brakes were off and that the ac still did not work and the steering wheel was making a noise.

When I left it this time they kept it for 4 days. I asked them if I could have my old car so I could get back and forth to work. They did give me the car but I drove off with a flat tire. I called them and they told me to go across the sstreet from them and have them plug it. I did this.

I have had the vechicle for a month and a half and today the radiator decides too burn extremely hot and the ac was not working properly.

I open the trunk to find that the radiator back up is filthy and murcky and see that the oil is 2 quarts down.I did put more oil in and coolant and soon made it home.

I also have had problems with the o-2 sensors and the service engine light comes on and off on a regular basis. The rip off is that they sold me a van with major problems and and also stated that they would pay the balance on the other car and have notr paid it thus causing me problems with the bank of america.

I feel this is false information and to sell someone a lemon granted the van is a 97 this is a major issue to myself and the other consumers.
