I have done business with this company in the past, as a dealer for their products. We have several projects and customers in which we order parts for on a regular basis. Recently, we placed an order for parts for a customer's bike and our shop bike. We paid for the transaction using our company CC like always, they acknowledged the order and shipped it out for us. I called two days later to receive an update on my order. At this point, I had already told my customer that parts were in transit and his wait would be over soon. I was told they would no longer be doing business with me because of emails to a competitor of theirs. We had a dealer account with a competitor of theirs or something similar, irrelevant to anything related to this company. We actually had never even done business with this other competitor. The "professional" sales rep at APE, told me I was "full of crap", and told me our account was closed and we would not receive our products. Keep in mind, this is after we already paid, our CC was charged, we & our customers were expecting these products to be delivered promptly. Now they refuse to answer my emails and I have not received a CC refund.
Basically ran off with my money and closed our dealer account. This has been one of the very few companies I have dealt with, that has such un-professional business ethics and employees.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & WILL NOT TREAT YOU LIKE A VALUABLE CUSTOMER OR DEALER. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEN REFUSE TO SHIP MY PARTS, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR MY PENDING ORDER! SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Scott McKinney of SMM Performance placed an order with our company, charging it to a credit card. The order was shipped and we then received an industry ripoff report that stated McKinney was engaged in credit card fraud. See; http://www.mpsracing.com/Pages/Scammers.htm
Realizing we were going to get scammed, we contacted UPS and had the shipment reversed. We followed the UPS tracking, and as soon as the shipment was on it's way back to us, we credited back the card McKinney was using.
He is no longer permitted to buy from our company.
After reading the link above, do a search on this site for Scott McKinney and you will see why we aborted this shipment and charged the card back.
