It is obvious from reading Mr. Hogg's last reply that he is not only a liar and perjurer, but that he deludes himself. Here is a photo of Mrs. Hogg, the Lovely Ashley Zuber Hogg. According to a report about the Hoggs posting on racist forums and other deviant forums, this photo of the lovely Ashley Zuber Hogg was her profile picture on a site called beastforum (link below). Anyone who would call Mrs. Hogg hot is either being very sarcastic, or being very sarcastic. Stewart Hogg and Ashley Hogg are liars and perjurers, and given Stewart's willingness to lie and ask his hot (snicker, snicker) wife Ashley Hogg to perjure herself in court over a repair bill, and his threats of SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES if the "defamation of character" doesn't stop, wouldn't Stewart Hogg do something more than blow air up his own a*s if he wasn't a liar and perjurer?

Funny how the forum posting seems to have stopped right around the time the Hoggs found out someone outed them and not three months later when the Hoggs decided to accuse someone else of making the whole thing up and started posting derogatory information and pretending to be the person they accused of making this whole crazy thing up.
Stewart, we're going to make sure everyone you meet knows who you are and what you do.

First off the posting here is redundant.  The posting has already been noted in this report by the ripoff reporting #... (if read).  Anyone with any ability of any reading level could have seen it.. if they had the ability to in the first place.  The person who just posted this doesn't obviously.  This is just another FAILED attempt by George Merriweather (the originator of the derogatory postings).. posting this here "as if" it would do something harmful to Mrs and Mrs Hogg. 

George is just jealous always has been of Stewart Hogg..   you ARE truly unhappy with your life George and have a lot of time on your hands to keep posting daily..  I'm retired.. was at the age of 39.. you are still working.. and working and working... I'm not.. had the ice cream business just to pass time... in an area that is not home to me.. so the only people who knew about the ice cream company were little kids in Charleston county... and their parents who actually met the owner (me).. in person.. and because of that.. the company was very busy. 

In just less than 1 year it was THE most successful ice cream vending company in the area.. because of the high level of experience the owner had in business with many years of success owning his own companies (yes that is plural for a reason)  but owned.. you can't even do that can you... ... (another reason why he's retired and has a beautiful wife to boot).. something you don't have at all and never will   soooo jealous..wow..   the ice cream company isn't even in business anymore.. I'm retired and my home wife and myself spend all day together.. go to the beach when ever.. go on trips whenever.. you sit there and work on "mopeds" all day.. and go home to what?  Enchilada's.. yeaah!    Perhaps it is you who is really the racist and bestiality cravings since you don't have anything worth while to go home too.. that would make sense..  because the ice cream company was so successful it was sold within 3 days of being advertised online.  and you still work all day long.. in the hot sun day after day.. on your little titty bitty mopeds..

You obviously can't just walk away and be a man.. only can be a teenage girl.. nagging over and over about the same thing that holds no weight.  So Boo Whoo... it SUCKS TO BE YOU!  haha

(according to the court records) posted online.  Your wife owns the business because the people on your street say you can't because you don't pay your taxes..  yet you still work on and on.. so much for the degree.. waste.

So in ending. Stewart Hogg is successful and has been for over 20 years in business.  A combat veteran of a foreign war, with experience of running units on his own during a time of war.  He's had several companies that he's has run and was able to sell them with profit. 2010 for fun he and his wife bought some mopeds to put around the area.  Being retired we are always eager to find new ways of fund.  One of them broke down with the front tire giving way.. Stewart's wife was on it.  George Merriweather came with his truck after being called.  Said it was on his way home.  George and Stewart Hogg ran the moped up the ramp of George's truck.  George Merriweather said he'll bring to his shop the next business day.   After fixing bike.. for over 100 bucks (can't remember not that important to me).. we said to his face there that we felt that the costs of the repairs were too high..   George (standing behind his wife at the cash register).. this is the kind of man he really is..   behind the wife.. says "you don't have to come here you can bring it some place else to get it fixed"..   stupid George states this after payment of course.  Bad business bad customer service.  Bad person (to come).   George showed a sign of violent behavior standing behind his short chubby wife and wanted to argue over it.  So we just left.  We later on called but he was not available.. until we tricked them into getting him on the phone moments later.. he yelled and screamed on the phone.. like a little child who has no control.  The BIG MAN (NOT) who was hiding behind his chubby wife at the register.. was a big man on the phone.. then it didn't end there.. soon after that.. there was an array of postings online about the Hogg's and their appearance.. then an email from George Merriweather about thinking Stewart Hogg's wife is hot.. even though George is married.. unhappily.. just settled for it..  then goes on to making himself known in the community as a sexual predator and gets a RESTRAINING ORDER put against him.  Now all he does all day long is repeat over and over that the court documents are false.. yet he sat there in the court and stated several times that he did in fact send the emails.   He did in fact do this and even admitted to the judge.  Now he just cries online about it..   It's 2012.. July.  It's been almost 2 years since all this started and he just can't let it go.  Perhaps focusing on your company and seeing how you could retire rather than trying (failing) to attempt to or what ever it is you are trying to do and waste time online over and over..   truly unhappy with your life.. its showing..   You had your chance when we were in your office but instead of speaking up then.. you just hid behind your short chubby wife..   pathetic loser!

So you can post what you want on here.. is doesn't hurt me.. it only shows everyone how much of a loser you really are.  Imagine if the Charleston Newspapers found out you posted lies online.. or the tv in the local area.. just a phone call away.. that is your livelihood.. you want to throw that away over a two year and counting grudge you have?

Hey Georgie, this is unfortunate, all along I was hoping you'd be a better man, person and just move on.  The facts have been noted in here.  Your reply is merely an opinion based on something that didn't go your way.. because you were truly at fault.  The court convicted you of it.. you even said it in the court room on recording (you can get the audio tapes if you want).. and also lied all in one sitting.  You obviously need medical help.

Your postings and ongoing events of invasion of privacy, defamation of character, false light, and array of other criminal activities is forcing me to take it to the next level.  Everything you have written to us online will be considered evidence.  Like the judge said before.. you have a pattern.  Here you are containing the pattern.  You are also lying again.. and again.. and again.. you bring up items of no interest "as if" it was something that could be used as evidence to uphold an already old case.  You admitted to the court in person that you did in fact send the email.  You admitted in court that you did in fact get angry and caused a concern to not only the Hogg's but the whole community as a threat.

I already wrote the letter to the Magistrate.  Just waiting for the nail in the coffin.  I was nice and gave you the opportunity to walk away but you cannot.. like a little crying boy... so sad..

There is no skin off my nose from this.. your petty comments, actions have no effect on me.  You lost you can't handle it.. now you continue to violate and create new levels of criminal activity.  You haven't been able to follow directions the first time.. these
entries are just the continence of and to show your immaturity level and inadequate ability to understand a direct order or warning signs.  Perhaps the Magistrate will have to spank you again.

This order came about because the Hoggs lied and falsified documents to obtain "vengeance" over a $150 repair bill. Hard to believe a former Mortgage broker like Stewart Hogg would know anything about falsifying documents. 
This incident happened almost two years old. Experts say that someone who engages in the behaviour the Hoggs allege does it repeatedly, yet there are no other complaints of that nature. The Hoggs lied under oath.  Stewart Hogg and Ashley Hogg are liars. 

Magistrate Lynn was under the impression that the defendant went to the Hogg's residence to pick up a moped. In fact, nobody from Moped Medic ever went to the Hogg's residence for any reason. It is unknown why Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn claims this happened. 

Further, Magistrate Lynn made the determination that the email address mopedmedic@aol.com
to which the Hoggs cced an 'email' they'd composed and claimed was from the defendant in this action, is identical to mopedmedic@yahoo.com, which is the email address of Moped Medic, a company in Charleston, South Carolina. Most people with even a rudimentary knowledge of how email operates would see that these are different addresses and that mail sent to one would not arrive at the other. Magistrate Lynn further determined that craigslist.org uses a gmail.com account to contact individuals, and that emails from this craigslist gmail.com account were written by the defendant and forwarded by craigslist.org from this gmail.com account to the Hoggs. Only Magistrate Lynn can explain how and why he determined email functions this way. 

The document first produced by the Hoggs in this case was one sheet of paper of what they claimed were emails from the defendant to them. None of these 'emails' had headers attached, and none of them met the standards for admissibility into evidence that South Carolina follows. None of them were sent by the Defendant to the Hoggs. Magistrate Lynn held the document on his bench and offered the defendant the opportunity to briefly glance at it upside down. As the hearing ended, Mr. Lynn gathered up all the pages the Hoggs had made, and made copies for the defense.

Upon examining the entirety of the documentation brought to the court by t he Hoggs, it is readily apparent to anyone with even the most rudimentary understanding of the internet that the Hoggs had falsified emails, forwarded emails to themselves, that they had brought several drafts of the same 'email' with them into court, and that they had changed dates, corrected their own spelling and grammatical errors, and added content to their 'email' evidence prior to presenting a 'Greatest Hits' version to Magistrate Thomas E. Lynn, which he then decided was authentic. One of the pages is clearly an email Mr. Hogg forwarded to himself. It contained a version of one of the 'emails' that the Hoggs submitted which was significantly different than the final version presented  into evidence by the Hoggs. The time and date on the email was different as well. Another page appears to be a rough draft, containing two versions and dates of the final 'email' submitted into evidence by the Hoggs. There was also email correspondence between Mr. Hogg and Lowcountry Scooter, now Charleston Scooter Company.

In oral testimony to support the fabricated email evidence they submitted, the Hoggs both lied under oath in a court of law.

The defense has and will contine to make copies of the Hogg's documents and 'emails' available to anyone who is interested in examining them. Only an idiot would believe them to be real. The Hoggs are willing to lie under oath and falsify documents in an attempt to get justice over a $150 bill.
