I ordered a moped through www.powersportsmax.com the bike arrived in great time and with no external damage just looking at the bike as I signed the form confirming shipment.

On the first run of the moped it immediately stalled at 25mph "max speed advertised was 35mph" After changing both the spark plug, air filter, and fuel filter it was determined that the moped had a defective carburetor and that Deal Inc would send out a replacement carburetor. After 6 weeks and over 12 phone calls I finally received the carburetor. After taking it to a mechanic for installation and safety inspection the moped was considered unsafe to drive. The carburetor I was sent does not match the bike, the rubber hoses have serious damage, the suspension is weak, and some of the bolts on the vehicle are stripped. This is after 40km of use of which all but 5 km was testing that was instructed by Deal Inc.

Now I am trying to find a manager with Deal Inc to replace or refund the moped, but everytime I call the company I am put on hold and dropped off the phone line.
