Ordered a rainsuit for a motorcycle back on September 9th account was charged even for shipping. This website states it will normally ship with 24-48 hours. This website also states they will notify you if your item is on backorder or if there is a problem with the order. We never recieved the order, so we called the company (if that is what you want to call this) back; they explained the oder was backorder and that it should be shipping out in 2 days. More days/weeks go by and still NO rainsuit.

So we begin to call the "Customer Service" number 866-440-7845 we actually spoke to someone who can barely speak english and they advised they would credit back our card. Well you figured it out they DID NOT credit us back, we STILL DO NOT have our rainsuit. We have even called the "Sales" number 877-885-1598 alls we get is an answering machine. We have documentation of an abunate messages left on their answering machine. We even filled it up one evening so no one else could leave a message.

This MotorcycleStyle has NEVER called us back, they have NEVER given our credit back. So basically they are THEIFS! If anyone can help it would be greatly appreicated. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General in Buffalo the State of New York as well as the State of Florida. This was total FRAUD.

Do NOT trust this website nor the barely speaking english woman who answer the phone. Maybe Immigrations can go check this out as well as other agencies including the IRS! I am sure the Internal Revenue Service would love to know how they operate. If I am not getting merchandise or credit I am sure this website person is not reporting an income or proper wages. All's I want is my money back!

Interesting. Based on the current website and store policies, I wouldn't order anything from you folks. You're own website states that you can substitute a store credit for any refund! Ha! This from YOUR website:

You MUST have an RMA number before returning an item. Write the RMA number outside the box for identification. Please note: this is not our store location.

REFUNDS:
Stocked Items will be accepted in return for a full refund including original outgoing freight charges for the following reasons:
a) The item is defective (Defective closeout or discontinued items will be repaired by the manufacturers repair agent and are refundable only if they can not be repaired).
b) The item received is not the ordered item.
c) The item differs in specifications from the item displayed on our website.
Freight will not be refunded in the following instance:
d) The garment did not fit, or does not meet the customer's needs. Restocking fees are currently waived.
Refunds are NOT accepted from: International orders or Closeout merchandise or Special Order items. Corbin seats for example are all special order. All Vanson products not marked # Core Stock are Special Order. CORBIN seats are made to order and are therefore not exchangeable.

EXCHANGES:
Standard unworn and unblemished items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons. Freight is not refundable on these exchanges; exchanges must arrive in advance of shipping the replacement item. Exchanges must be clearly marked with the RMA#. Any difference of cost will be charged or credited accordingly. A $2.99 handling charge applies to exchanges. You may exchange for any item or combination of items of equal or greater value as available at our web site. Return shipping $9.88 will be charged to you.
CORBIN seats are custom made to order and can therefore not be exchanged.

STORE POLICY
All products advertised on our online store, are brand new factory products unless otherwise specified on our product pages. We do NOT carry all sizes, colors, models, etc... of the products advertised through the web site. In the event a product is not in stock, it may take up to several weeks to get an order out to a customer. All attempts will be made to issue tracking numbers the day an order is shipped unless that product is shipped from one of our distributors. Motorcycle Style and the manufacturers of this merchandise reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. Due to variables beyond our control, the products contained in this website may appear slightly different in person as they do in the website. Please see the return policy before ordering. None of the products featured on this website are sold as safety garments unless expressly stated.

PARTIAL ORDERS
If all of the items in your order are not available or are sold out, we will ship available items. Unavailability of an item does not constitute grounds for refusing the remainder of the order unless you call us and speak with a Customer service rep. advising us that partial shipments are not accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:
Exchanges are NOT accepted for International orders or Closeout items, or Special order items such as Corbin motorcycle seats or non core # Vansons. If in doubt, check the size and color you want and call us for assistance at 305-420-5467

CREDIT:
Store credit can be issued instead of refund or exchange at any time. Store credit will always be issued when the purchase was originally made with store credits.

DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are made on a Best Efforts basis. We will do our best to deliver in accordance with your instructions. But delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellations. Two day and one day delivery times are available once the item leaves the warehouse. Some items take longer to leave the warehouse that others. When in doubt, always call us to verify how long it will take to get to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Are accepted . No returns or Exchange on these. Orders from Indonesia, Malaysia and Africa must be prepaid by money order or wire transfer.

We have no info about any customers or orders prior to October 1, 2007. Our Company is Hospitality Executive. The owners listed here are Pennywise Holdings - a different company. In the interests of goodwill if the consumers who had a problem with the former owners of this store would contact us we will make some amends.

Our company Hospitality Executive purchased this website on October 1, 2006. Your readers are confusing the website - motorcyclestyle.com as a company. It is not. It is simply a URL which can be purchased by anyone. We pride ourselves on our customer service and do not have any complaints from our customers.
