GUY PARSONS -----------RIPPED OFF A CLIENT OF MINE WHO PAID HIM $5000 for a so called "underwriting fee" that he had to have up front.  He then claimed as many have seen and read on this reprot that he was in the hospital for some "cardiac" condition .. then he tells my client that he was in the hospital for a "pulmonary condition"...everyone hears the same BS from GUY PARSONS...he only tells you what you want to hear and gets you to pay an UP FRONT fee of $5000 and then BAILS on you. 

You cannot reach him on the phone or cannot get him to call you back.  My Client..Kurt Kaiser (212)-300-6669 would be happy to tell you how he was SCAMMED by this DIRT BAG.  We have even talked to the lender who he said was doing the commercial deal for Kurt and he told us directly that they DO NOT COLLECT up front fees from any broker for Underwriting... NICE TRY GUY...LIAR!!!!  YOU TOOK MONEY FROM KURT and eveyone who searches your name will know what a piece of CRAP you are...you are a thief and a liar.

If he tells you he had references for loans that have closed...and that he has a "corporate attorney"...its all BS...BS....BS....GUY PARSONS IS FULL OF BS and excuses...DO NOT WORK WITH THIS person...he will RIP YOU OFF...  BE WARNED.

CALL AND CHECK...he will take your money and run...... GUY i hope that you get whats coming to you...

I will be quick. You should read number 10 of your contract. This broker client refused or piece mail us 1 doucument at time. The borrower when we had requested certain information via email or phone. took upon him self to disclouse what he felt was relavant to us. Only giving us inormation what he felt we could use. His broker asked us to create false commitments, to satisfy his current lender comminting fraud. As result of lack doucmentaion we could not undewrite the deal suscessfully. There for we could not issue firm and legal commitment. We spent many man hours got no where. In his contract it also said stated in less cost. Well guess what our cost was well over 5,000. If he feels like he got miss treated  number one should haved read the contract number two should have not attempted to micro manage and or dicate. Then try to intimadate us by thousads call a day. End of story

  
1.                          Borrower agrees to fully cooperate with MAL and/or its Assigns after settlement, if requested, by executing any documents required by MAL and or its Assigns to adjust and correct any clerical or technical errors made at closing. Borrowers refusal to execute any additional or corrective documents, upon request after closing, shall be an event of default under the note and mortgage and shall give MAL and/or it assigns the right to declare the loan at once due and payable in full. This agreement shall survive the closing of the loan.
