Mountain Loan Center Mountain Loan Center- St. George, Utah Mountain Loan Center- Orem, Utah Mountain Loan Center- Provo, Utah Mountain Loan Center- Salt Lake City, Utah Filed lawsuit/ Failed to send me a Summons/ Abusive Salt Lake City Utah

I received  a few days ago (Jan. 2016) documents from my prior employer that Mountain Loan Center had received a judgment agents me. I had never received anything via mail from this agency, nor was I ever served a summons to court. I had been waiting for this to talk to the judge about all that had been going on. I had been receiving call after call from the "Legal Department" starting in April 2015 when I my payment was not even due for a few more days. "This a reminder call" that would fill up my voice mail each day. They then would call my office. It became so stressful for me because when I would talk to them I was treated badly. They would call my "reference's" nonstop. They would tell they are from the Legal Department from Mountain Loan Center, that I am behind on my payments. I had made several attempts to remain in contact, down to telling them my work hours, asking them to stop calling my references. I was told to stop being a BI**H by one of the collection people (May 2015) and he had told me that if I was not paying then he should let others know so they know the kind of person I was. (I was only a few days behind, at this point.) I started to have major anxiety when deal with them that I asked them to only contact me my mail. I had listed my husband as a contact/ They never once tried calling him, but called my co-workers, family and friends. I had never received any kind of letter or bill from them. I was never served any summons by Mountain Loan Center nor did any attorneys, Never receive anything certified via mail. On the documents my prior employer mailed me even has the incorrect social security number. I have not moved, and the address is listed correctly. I feel they took away my right to have hearing with the Judge and resolve this situation.   

I feel they should remove the judgment, all legal fees should be removed, agree on a fair payback amount taking in account of the payments I made on this loan, and I feel with the dishonesty and torment I should only need to pay back the value of the loan without any interest. Or provide proof I was served with my or any adult household member's signature as received along with a time and date/ proof of all letters mailed to my address in regards to all written requests to collect this debt.
