Mountain Beach Mortgage Company indicated that they would refinance my mortgage. They compelled me to pay an appraiser $500.00 before they checked my payment history. Unfortunately,

I was declined and they claim that they cannot refund my $500.00 which could be used to pay my current mortgage and other bills.

I lost $500.00
