From start, they did not provid with the correct infotmation.   The cancelled on me the day before loading the container.   by thta same night they call me telling me they found a truck willing to come to my door for the loading, the next mornig.

Truck arrived with no ramp and 5 feet from the ground.  I need to load a 20' container with furnitures, personals and my truck.  There was not email, papework, nothing that informed me that the truck wont place the container on the floor or will not have neither a ramp.

Manuel, the owner, called me to insult me on top.  They did not present the corect paperwork to customs and they choose my container for inspection charging me U$S 1,800 extras, just for that.

The container got lost for more than a month, they couldnt located.  finally after 4 month the container arrived to argentinean port but the info on the BL was wrong.   Costum had to kept it for more than a month until things were clear.

on top, all my things were damage, broken or lost, including my truck, which I had to fix and paint it all.

I had insurance but the conpany told me, Manuel Rojas filled out the documentation wrong, so I was not cover.

They did not take responsability for anything and Manuel Rojas start sending me emails with threats.  eight month later now, he still streathing me.

they even send me invoices of companies that were not real.   They are the worst experience ever.

The did not solve or provide a service.  They lie, the robe you and they extortion you!   stay away please!!!

I wish I could have some real info before I hire this delincuents
