Movie Mars (aka Moviemarz, Bookmarz) apparently is a Chinese company with places of business in North Carolina and West Palm Beach, Florida. They use Amazon.com Marketplace, eBay, and Overstock.com to sell merchandize that they don't have in stock, in violation of the terms and conditions of those commerce sites. They received payment for a DVD on June 25, 2009 and have not shipped or responded to my messages and request to ship my order.

We try to resolve all customer concerns in a timely manner. With over 500,000 active listings and items for sale, we occasional have stock errors. Any time this occurs, we immediately and proactively notify the customer and give them the option of waiting for restocking or requesting a full refund - and we apologize for the inconvenience the error has caused.

If the customer is not receiving emails from us on the status of their order, they should check their spam filter settings, junk mail folder, and verify that they are using the same email account that they registered with on ebay or amazon.com.
