I saw a report about www.Moviefilmfest.com/www.Excaliburfilms.com(both addresses are the same web site) and i can also back up the senders claim of poor service/no stock.

I ordered about 15 Adult DVDs in 3 seperate orders to be sent to Europe and paid by my valid credit card. After about 3 weeks i received 3 DVDs,2 weeks later i received another 1 DVD. I contacted the company by email and was sent a prewritten email which explained nothing.

I sent various other emails requesting information on the delivery date, same old email was returned many times. I then called the company and was told that for the first 6 months that a limit of $50(including Shipping/handling) applied to all orders incase of "credit card fraud".

I stated that my first order was less than $50. I was told that this was company policy but if i sent cash/money order that all DVDs would be sent. I stated that sending cash was a very unsafe method of payment but was once again told "its company policy".I asked if the DVDs were in stock as it states when ordering that the DVDs would be dispatched within 2 working days or in some case upto 7 days(it takes about 7 days to receive goods dispatched from USA to Europe).

Anyway 2 weeks later after still not receiving any DVDS i called again and asked why such a long delay with my order. I was told that the conditions about a limit of $50 was on their web site, when i asked "where abouts to look" I was told that she didnt know, I said that there is no mention of any limit when placing an order and that i could not find anywhere on their web site which stated this.

When I later tracked my Order online all traces of my remaining orders had vanished. I called again and was told that they had cancelled my remaining order and had emailed me. I never received any such email and never have.

So my dealings with this company have ceased forever as i found the whole experience to be a total waste of time, hopeless customer service and as for "company policy" there doesnt seem to be one! So dont be too impressed with their flashy website promising this and that as this company is uesless and doesnt deliver,it doesnt seem to have any DVDs in stock. Also after registering I now receive so much spam email which leads me to believe it all comes from my association to this company. I also had to block about 10-15 "cookies" from other Adult companies once i logged on.

My advise is not to go near or order anything from this website.
