Company sells information that you can purchase for free only you don't know that up front! When a complaint was filed through PayPal, they promised 100% refund and never delivered! Against PayPals suggestion, I closed the dispute because that was the only way they said they would issue my refund. Now they have me and I can't do a think about it except report them here on Ripoff Report. Here is the actual final message from Movies Capital and myself:

I apologize for my outbursts. I'm a single mom and I work very hard for my money, what little I have. Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated! If I can just get a refund, then you can remove me from your site. As I said, earlier, I'm sorry for my attitude & I appreciate your help!

Ok, we decided to give you 100% refund. and also, you can keep the username and password and visit our website in the future as many times as you wish. Don't lose hope on downloading movies off the Internet, you can watch shrek 2 right now, just download. Please, close the dispute and we will immediatly refund you for the full amount. Thanks. Although PayPal recommends not closing a dispute until "after" the refund has been issued, I feel confident that Movies Capital will abide by their decision and refund my money 100% upon closing this dispute. I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Thank you again Movie Capital for your excellent customer service!

Movies Capital 100% Refund Issued

As the attached communications from Movies Capital indicated, they promised to issue an immediate refund after closing out the PayPal complaint. But when the refund did not come immediately nor did it come for some time after emailing them several times, it was believed that they had lied and once the PayPal complaint was closed, there was nothing that could be done. However, they did eventually submit a FULL REFUND back into the PayPal account. They do have a "No Refund" Policy and it was not their fault that their Terms were not fully reviewed before siging up for their service but they agreed to refund all of the money due to personal circumstances. It really was a miscommunication and timing issue and in the end they held up to their promise. My only recommendation is that everyone read ALL of the terms before signing up for any service.
