Ripped off by Advanced Moving System lied, cheated, damaged goods and house during the move

There're numerous issues we had related to the moving services provided by Advanced Moving Systems (www.advancedmove.com) to us in January 2002, including inflated charges and damages during the move. The sales rep, Suzanne Schwedhelm, is such as sweet talker, promised a lot of things, and on move date, her promises were completely overridden by her manager and the contract. The lead mover lied and exhibited no professionalism. Both Ms. Suzanne Schwedhelm and the manager Tommy have avoided responding to my verbal (over the phone) and written (e-mail) complaints.

I wish I had seen your web site prior to selecting this company. I'd be glad to do my share to educate the public about this con-artist, extortionist moving company.
