Moving & Storage Services, Inc. moving scam Miami Florida

I was moving 2 miles  within same neighborhood, so I went online to find help. There was this company http://www.movingandstorageservices.net/ @20340 NE 15th Court, Miami Beach, FL - 33179 I put my info and arranged service for the following week. I paid 278 dollars at his URL. Net day this company called me to review the order. Then they told me new charges, so ticket would go 3 triple. I cancelled service and they said with 72 I would be getting a refund back to my credit card. I ha called 20 times and  there there is a new excuse.  2 weeks ago the manager said she had en her hands the check to mail it. Never got anything. Last week there said no even with a attorney they would give me the money back. What can your office do to stop this people from getting way with this scam.
