Moving U 4 Less RIPOFF,DISHONEST,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Receda California

Moving U 4 Less was a no call no show on the date contracted for pickup. Delivery was over 10 days than was originally promised by Sean and Ben the dispatcher/manager. Estimate was not accurate. Company did not mention hidden packing fees that are required on certain items that needed to be packaged a certain way for their insurance to take into effect. Over priced packaging fees and labor cost. Customer service was terrible.

Company took over a week to email a new break down of cost after increasing moving cost over $700.00 than estimated for the move after a week of requesting the information. Moving U 4 less has not tried to compensate for their in competency for showing up a day and a half later than the scheduled pickup date and for packaging that would not have been done if I was there to oversee the move.

Overall I would not recommend this moving company to ANYONE. Nothing they said or estimated was right. Also they hired a disabled driver who could not move anything. I had to unload the truck, this is a service I paid the company for. They also said I would be reimbursed in a BBB report that was filed with the company. Yet they still have not compensated me what was promised.

Why would a moving company as "professional" as they are, not reimburse a customer $150.00? Please do your research online and read all the complaints on this company before experiencing what I had to. Its been several months now and still they have not refunded my money. They have no clue how to do business and treat there customers.
